## New Features, Enhancements, and Behavior Changes

This release does not introduce any new Access Points features or enhancements and is provided to support other components in the Onyx 3.1.4 release.

## Resolved Issues

The following issue was reported resolved in this release.

### **PRACH Packets Reported as Zero (ANT0–ANT3)**

(5G only) In certain scenarios involving FN990 UE connected via n48 and FHM, the FHM failed to forward PRACH packets to the gNB, causing PRACH counters to remain zero (ANT0–ANT3), blocking new UE attachment, and triggering an incorrect eCPRI Down indication on the portal. This issue is now resolved.

## Open Issues

{% hint style="info" %}
**NOTE:** Open issues reported in previous releases, unless subsequently reported as resolved, may exist in this release.
{% endhint %}

There are no new open issues reported in this release.
