## New Features, Enhancements, and Behavior Changes

This section describes new features, enhancements, and behavior changes introduced in this release.

### G105-n48P TX Power Update

{% hint style="info" %}
**NOTE:** This change is applicable only to 5G networks.
{% endhint %}

The G105-n48P AP now supports up to 24 dBm maximum transmit (TX) power, increasing its coverage area and operational range.

In the Onyx Portal, when adding or editing the G105-n48P AP, the configurable TX power range is 12–24 dBm (default: 20 dBm).

When operating with 40 MHz channel bandwidth, the AP can use up to 24 dBm TX power. However, with 10 MHz or 20 MHz channel bandwidth, the maximum TX power is limited to 20 dBm. When either 10 MHz or 20 MHz bandwidth is selected for this AP, the Onyx Portal displays a notification message alerting users to the 20 dBm power limitation.

### G105-n77 — New 5G Access Point

{% hint style="info" %}
**NOTE:** This change is applicable only to 5G networks.
{% endhint %}

This release introduces the G105-n77, a Band 77 low-power indoor AP that expands 5G equipment support and deployment options. The G105-n77 is specifically designed for enterprise environments and indoor coverage scenarios where targeted, efficient coverage is required.

For more information, refer to the *G105-n77 Specification Sheet* and *G105 Access Point Hardware Installation Guide*.

## Resolved Issues

There are no new resolved issues reported in this release.

## Open Issues

{% hint style="info" %}
**NOTE:** Open issues reported in previous releases, unless subsequently reported as resolved, may exist in this release.
{% endhint %}

The following new open issues were reported in this release.

### **False AP Status Reporting for eCPRI and SyncE (5G only)**

The G506\_N77 AP incorrectly reports "ecpri\_connected" and "synce\_status" as false despite having working eCPRI connections and locked SyncE status (verifiable through RU get-d status). As a result, the Onyx Portal displays the AP SyncE and eCPRI status incorrectly.

**Workaround:** This display-only bug does not affect actual AP functionality and can be safely ignored. This issue is under investigation and will be addressed in an upcoming release.

### **High UL BLER on Multi-Port Radios (5G only)**

When the Multi-Port Support feature is enabled, one set of antennas will get high UL BLER. UE connected to ports 2 or 3 of the radio may see high uplink BLER (\~10%), leading to reduced throughput.

**Workaround:** None. This issue is under investigation and will be addressed in an upcoming release.

### **PTP/Clock Sync Not Locked on N77 with FHM (5G only)**

On G506\_N77 AP connected via FHM, PTP does not lock, and the radio does not radiate.

**Workaround:** None. This issue is under investigation and will be addressed in an upcoming release.

### **PRACH Packets Reported as Zero (ANT0–ANT3) (5G only)**

On FN990 UE connected via n48s and FHM, in certain scenarios, the FHM does not send PRACH packets to gNB. While connected UE remain unaffected, new UE will not be able to attach. The Onyx Portal displays the eCPRI status as Down.

**Workaround:** Reboot the FHM. This issue is under investigation and will be addressed in an upcoming release.

### **L1 Crash with G506-n77 / 100 MHz Uplink-Heavy Load (5G only)**

On G506-n77 AP with 2D1S7U uplink-heavy slot pattern at 100 MHz bandwidth, the GNB crashes within 10–20 seconds of uplink traffic, even at low data rates, disrupting uplink traffic. Downlink is unaffected.

**Workaround:** Use a DL-heavy slot pattern to avoid crashes. This issue is under investigation and will be addressed in an upcoming release.
